ABOUT SARAH BAGWELL RUDY

I am a government relations and public affairs consultant who truly enjoys policy research, development, and advocacy. I have extensive experience in policy analysis and strategy with an understanding of Texas state government processes, both legislative and regulatory. I’m a very curious person who loves exploring new ideas and digging into a challenge to come up with innovative solutions. I use effective strategic thinking, able to see the big picture, and connect the dots to develop a path forward. I am skilled in transforming complex issues into clear and actionable strategies. This is what I love to do and what I do best.I’m experienced in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and project/program management. I’ve had the opportunity to serve on numerous state and national committees, task forces, and working groups, establishing policy, shaping programs, and conducting research. I’ve enjoyed participating in strategic initiatives exploring innovative funding and technologies. I also develop reports and policy briefs, write speeches and testimony, and provide editing for polished final documents. I help companies, organizations, and communities successfully interface with the government to achieve the best outcomes. I cultivate relationships with stakeholders to foster partnerships and build support for initiatives. Policy expertise, strong relationships, and innovative thinking enable effective strategy development and decision making.
