Provide strategic management for a Fortune 303 company’s Mid-Atlantic office portfolio containing 2.5MM rentable square feet across 200 locations with an annual rent obligation of $29MM and long term lease liability of $250MM. Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team with 15+ years previous leadership/management experience in corporate real estate partnering with major landlords, commercial real estate developers, financial service companies, and real estate brokers.
