I lead the editorial and content strategy for a new B2B video platform, building from a small offering of test content in MVP to a comprehensive video product spanning 17 specialist categories. By establishing strong production processes and house style guidelines, I rapidly scaled the site to over 1 million page views since January 2022 while maintaining a 15%+ page view to click-through ratio. I coached a content team to strengthen their storytelling and production skills, managed budgets and executive reporting, and developed data-driven strategies that aligned content across platforms. Through strong cross-business relationships, I secured access to Informa\'s speaker network and delivered high-quality event filming within brand and budget parameters.
