About Sarah Atkinson
I am an associate in Bradley’s Banking and Financial Services Practice Group. I assist financial institutions with all types of regulatory compliance-related matters, and I have experience helping clients ensure their operations comply with applicable federal and state laws and regulations. I advise clients on compliance matters related to a host of federal and state regulations, including TILA, RESPA, FCRA, ECOA and the FDCPA. As part of my practice, I also provide assistance in navigating all stages of examinations and investigations conducted by federal and state regulators.I received my J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law, where I was managing editor of the Alabama Law Review, a member of the Moot Court Board and coach of the Andrews ABA Moot Court Team. While in law school, I also served as a member of both the Children’s Rights and Mediation Legal Clinics. I earned a B.A. in Communication from Auburn University.
