I’m a nonprofit leader, community advocate, and people-centered strategist passionate about helping individuals and families navigate complex systems with dignity, compassion, and hope. As the Executive Director of Guided Pathways Support for Youth and Families, I lead programs that support youth, young adults, and caregivers facing mental health, behavioral health, and family system challenges.My professional background includes executive leadership, program development, staff supervision, partnership building, grant and contract oversight, and creating sustainable systems that strengthen services and expand impact. I’m especially passionate about building healthy workplace culture, mentoring teams, and designing programs that truly meet community needs.I also bring a trauma-informed and holistic lens to leadership through my background as a yoga and meditation instructor. My work is grounded in empathy, emotional intelligence, resilience, and the belief that healing and growth happen through connection, accountability, and support.At the heart of everything I do is a commitment to creating spaces where people feel seen, valued, and empowered to move forward.When I’m not teaching yoga & mindfulness, I enjoy spending time with my wife of 12 years, family, dogs, and traveling!
