As a Process Engineering Intern at Kimberly-Clark\'s largest global nonwovens manufacturing facility, I am gaining hands-on experience assisting in the optimization of production processes and operational efficiency. I shadow and assist in plant operations and troubleshooting production challenges in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. I am studying Lean manufacturing practices and understanding the goal of continuous improvement projects aligned with safety, sustainability, and cost-efficiency. I expect this experience to enhance my understanding of large-scale manufacturing and process engineering in a high-impact, consumer products environment.
