About Sarah Alaoui
I’m an Ethnographer/UX Researcher, conducting studies and executing analyses that equip teams to solve problems at scale and make design decisions with confidence.Coming from an Anthropology background, I uncover insights by spending time with the people I\'m looking to understand utilizing Ethnography and Netnography. I conduct impactful research by leveraging Design Thinking for its solution-based approach, quantitative data to explain what’s happening and qualitative methods to understand why it\'s happening, with the goal to foresee cultural shifts and find scalable white space opportunities to build solutions.Being fluent in English, French and Arabic allows me, aside from the lingual benefit of understanding semantics, to connect with cultures in various parts of the world through semiotic nuances. Fascinated by and curious about human behavior across cultures and global audiences, I enjoy conducting meaningful research to create and improve products and experiences based on what people want and need.Some brands and organizations I’ve worked with: DARPA, Ubisoft, Bandai Namco, Riot Games, Chase, Ortho, Bacardi, McDonald’s, Hormel, PepsiCo, Johnson & Johnson, Peugeot, Prada, Chanel, L\'Oreal, LVMH, YSL, Lancôme, Filorga.
