ABOUT SARAH ADTANI
With over two years of experience in program management, business intelligence, and system engineering, I am a passionate and results-oriented Deputy Program Manager at Cerner Corporation, a leading healthcare IT company. I provide all-round support for the Program Manager across a DevOps Tool Suite contract for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), a key client and partner for Cerner.As part of my role, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute program plans, ensuring on-time and within budget delivery of multiple software development projects. I also serve as a key negotiator for DevOps Tools procurement for the VA, leveraging my Certified SAFe® 5 DevOps Practitioner credential and my expertise in Jira and Confluence systems. Additionally, I manage the human-centered design team to provide product support to the team and end users, and work as a Product Manager for the VA, coordinating with product owners and business analysts to gather and prioritize requirements and manage scope changes throughout the project lifecycle. My mission is to enable and facilitate the DevOps and Agile transformation for the VA, and to empower them to deliver better healthcare outcomes for veterans.
