ABOUT SARAH HUNT

I’ve spent over 25 years working across the contact centre and customer experience industry, with a career that spans operational leadership, transformation, consulting, and now business development.I’ve led and run large, complex contact centre operations across sectors including Retail, Banking, Insurance, Funeral Care, and Outsourced Services. Alongside hands-on operational leadership, I’ve worked extensively on change and customer transformation programmes, giving me a strong, practical understanding of what really drives performance, resilience, and customer outcomes at scale.I’ve spent many years supporting and championing best practice across the industry through professional associations and awards programmes. As Membership Director at the CCMA, Lead Judge for the UK National Contact Centre Awards and the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards and more recently Head Judge for the North East Contact Centre Awards, I’ve worked closely with contact centres, suppliers, and partners to help raise standards and share insight across the sector.At the core of my work is a passion for people and delivery helping leaders and frontline teams succeed while ensuring organisations get real value.I bring together deep operational experience and industry insight to help organisations drive measurable value, combining practical solutions, best practice, and a clear focus on outcomes for customers, colleagues, and the business.
