In this role, I promote student awareness and increase utilization of on-campus resources by referring students and discussing the importance of addressing stress, self-care, sleep, illness prevention, alcohol and other drugs, sexual health, and other health issues affecting the college population. I focus on improving students\' education on harm reduction strategies by spearheading peer-led outreach and programming initiatives. I reached 50 students weekly through an outreach event called \"Health Hut\" where I educated students on a variety of health topics. Using cross-departmental collaboration, I planned a gratitude late-night event focused on fun while also informing students about the mental health benefits of practicing gratitude.
