About Sara Grosdidier
I am an ICF-certified coach, consultant and facilitator with a passion for helping individuals and teams achieve their highest potential. My work concentrates on leadership development and alignment across a variety of industries, including entertainment, financial services, healthcare and tech. Leveraging my expertise as a Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths coach, I specialize in strengths-based coaching both with individuals and teams, helping to ignite awareness, collaboration and efficiency in the groups I work with. Prior to establishing my consultancy, I worked as an artist manager for a decade with a boutique management firm. During my time in the music industry, I oversaw the careers of multiple artists, scaling both their touring and recording endeavors. My work spanned across genres, with a diverse roster of artists ranging from club to stadium acts. My career in entertainment contributes to the collaborative and flexible work style that I bring to my coaching and consulting clients today. My consulting work has taken me inside a wide range of organizations, designing and facilitating programs for small startups and Fortune 100 companies.
