As a healthcare executive, I have a robust leadership track record transforming and managing data driven clinical operations including technological, financial, pharmaceutical, resource, and staff domains. Serving as the Chief Medical Officer for the Clinical Institutes for Providence Swedish, I oversaw Providence Swedish Cancer Institute, Providence Swedish Digestive Health Institute, Providence Swedish Heart and Vascular institute, Providence Swedish Neuroscience Institute and Women & Children\'s Institute. I co-led the design and launch of the Paul G Allen Research Center, a translational research entity affiliated with the Providence Swedish Cancer Institute. Previously, I was the Medical Director for a complex, multidisciplinary NCI designated comprehensive cancer center, and guided the design, build and launch of a new aligned regional cancer center.I launched Belay On Coaching, LLC to work closely with high-performing clients to achieve their professional goals and navigate leadership challenges. This practice emphasizes tailored support for individuals in executive positions, leveraging insights gained from my multiple leadership roles as an executive in healthcare and academia.
