Handling a team of analysts where the job involves looking after all the production figures i.e. calculating the productivity, volume etc. of the entire process and making sure that no SLAs are breached and no escalations received. Actively looking after the quality parameters to make sure that the data delivered is top notch. This was in a fast paced and dynamic environment as the project was transitioned from Shenzhen to MumbaiWorking on Mutual funds data where we are responsible for the activation of the fund to maintaining ongoing data for mutual funds like category, performance, manager data, portfolio, NAVs etc.Part of the Escalation Squad where I track all the JIRA tickets received from the internal teams and clients directly. I am also instrumental in building dashboards both on JIRA and Easy BI enabling us to close the tickets before they breach the deadlines. We work closely with our teams based out of Shenzhen, Madrid and Chicago offices.Instrumental in reducing the cycle time taken on closing client queries as well as doing analysis on why the same took so long. RCA analysis and lean projects were undertaken in this regard
