With over 29 years of executive coaching experience, my expertise has been refined through a variety of talent and organizational development initiatives. The core competencies that define my approach, including interpersonal insight, innovative problem-solving, robust work ethic, and resilience, were forged during my formative years in a family business. There, I learned key entrepreneurial lessons through various economic and market shifts, experiencing both pioneering successes and critical challenges.Prior to founding my coaching firm in 1995, I dedicated 17 years to developing and expanding crisis intervention services, focusing on improving support systems for victims of sexual assault, domestic assault, child abuse, poverty, and discrimination. This work fed my passion for the greater good and sustainable program development.Since establishing my business, I have worked across various sectors, including commercial real estate, hospitality, aerospace, technology, professional services, and community organizations. My practice emphasizes individual and organizational talent development, assisting clients through phases of startup, growth, and reinvention.At the heart of my coaching methodology are workstyle assessments, essential tools for pre-employment screening, onboarding, team building, and leadership development. These assessments help to pinpoint strengths and areas for growth, fostering tailored strategies that enhance job satisfaction and overall organizational effectiveness.My broad experience also extends to organizational development, where I apply my skills in facilitation, program development, and conflict resolution to create healthier, more productive work environments.
