ABOUT SARA FENN

I am a collaborative, focused and engaged HR Leader and leadership coach with 20 years of experience in building teams within large global process-driven companies and small, scrappy start-ups. I am energized by solving problems, adapting, iterating and scaling solutions to drive strong employee experiences. As a leadership coach, I empower leaders to confidently develop and execute on their own vision of success, whether that is successfully onboarding into a new role, adapting across cultures, leading complex change or building high performing teams. I believe in leaders who see the dignity in others and engage deeply and personally with their teams. I strongly believe in connecting employees to meaningful and exciting work, and valuing contributions at all levels of the company. Throughout my experiences within HR, my education and continuous learning, and also in working with leaders today, I am constantly reminded that listening well and being curious are super powers, strong and clear communication is vital and ensuring everyone on the team is engaged in learning, and finally, that iterating and finding solutions to tough problems makes work fulfilling, fun and meaningful.
