At Kodiak Cakes, I am fortunate to live and work in the scenic Rocky Mountain town of Park City, Utah. I love coming to work everyday where I get to spend my time with mountian-loving, health-conscious friends who share my passion for good food and the outdoors. Kodiak Cakes is a natural foods company with the best-selling whole grain flapjack mix in the country. We also sell baking mixes, syrup, and other products at a variety of retailers, and are expanding rapidly as the fastest-growing pancake brand in America. At Kodiak Cakes, we rely on clean energy from food to fuel our active, outdoor lifestyles.Before working for Kodiak Cakes, I worked as a PR Specialist where I was tasked with writing company press releases, pitching media contacts across the globe, overseeing company award nominations, and ghost-writing articles for company executives. When I am not working I love to mountain bike and ski.
