ABOUT SARA DELLARIA BURANI

Sara Dell\'Aria Burani, MA Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Psychotraumatologist, and Sport Psychologist based in Milan (Italy) and online. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy | EMDR Practitioner | DBR | Sensorimotor Psychotherapy | Digital Psychologist (VR) Lombardy Charter of Psychologist (n. 11264) Psychologist Psychotherapist, Psychotraumatologist, Sport Psychologist, and Digital Psychologist (virtual reality). I work in Milan (Italy) and online. I assess and treat most psychological disorders such as anxiety, depressive and personality disorders. I have consolidated expertise in the psychotraumatological field, I assess and treat post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex post-traumatic stress disorder (c-PTSD), dissociative disorders, structural dissociation, neglect, and attachment trauma. I am also an expert in the field of minority stress, and from the beginning of my career I have adopted Affirmative Psychology of LGBTQIA+ people. Sports psychologist, I also work with peek performance in the workplace and in sports. I hold a 5 year Laurea Degree (equivalent to a Masters) in Social and Developmental Psychology, and a 4 year Specialization in Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy (CBT). I subsequently trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and in DBR (Deep Brain Reorienting). I have dedicated several years to training in the innovative Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, to date my main reference approach. For years I have had a personal meditation practice within the millenary Buddhist tradition. I integrate Buddhist psychology, mindfulness and meditation techniques in clinical practice, and in personal development as to obtain and strengthen individual and collective psycho-social well-being. Bilingual, I carry out consultations, psychotherapies and trainings in Italian and English.
