I project managed the design and creation of a data system that eases the burden of documentation and facilitates the task of reporting. I have successfully transitioned our IT department from a PC environment to a MacOS environment. I have implemented a device and account management process to secure our organization\'s assets and ensure data security and client confidentiality. Working in social services for over 25 years has given me the ability to relate to those on the frontlines and understand their needs as they develop as strong practitioners.
