Managing the Talent Acquisition and project management of the full recruitment life cycle for the Future International Talent (FIT) pool of WFP. The purpose of the FIT Pool is to build a pool of highly qualified, dynamic professionals of all levels who are ready to be deployed in any of the WFP countries of operation, including emergency duty stations.• Managing the relationship with Hiring Managers to develop and implement recruitment plans to fill International Professionals positions for various functional areas and levels.• Actively collaborating with third-party recruitment provider at each stage of the recruitment process: preparing and launching vacancy announcements, screening, technical assessments, language tests, interviews, background checks.• Conducting the talent inflow analysis throughout all the stages of the selection process evaluating the quality and diversity of the applicants with particular attention to gender balance and geographical diversity.• Propose and contribute to implement corrective actions to improve recruitment flow and bring the best talent to WFP.• Perform talent searches and sourcing activities to attract suitable talents for relevant vacancies.
