Project Managed enterprise IT projects through the Project lifecycle - Initiation, Planning, Development & Execution, Close. Retail Inventory Management Program - large scale program to deploy enterprise Retail Inventory Management System and POS at 14 Alterra owned resorts. The Program included sub-projects to standardize and migrate product data and Purchase Orders from legacy system to new enterprise standard, Mi9; document future state standard operating procedures; and optimize Retail Procure to Pay processes.F&B System Deployment at Mt. Tremblant - mid-sized project to deploy new Food & Beverage POS system at Mt. Tremblant F&B locations. Project was initiated due to new WEB-SRM regulations from Revenue Quebec that the current system did not support. The project was dependent on the POS vendor receiving certification from Revenue Quebec and had to be deployed within a given timeframe creating a time constraint on the project. Enterprise Budgeting Software Deployment - the FP & A team needed a new system to support enterprise budgeting for 6 different business units across 15 resorts and corporate. Prior to deployment the business was using spreadsheets for annual fiscal year budgets that were consolidated into a master budget sheet. The Project required extensive change management to be able to transition the business from spreadsheets to a system for budgeting.
