I am finance professional with 7 years of experience with Business Valuations and Corporate & International Taxation. At Secretariat, I am a part of business valuations and damages team. We provide guidance on domestic and international matters involving commercial damages and disputes. As an Associate at KPMG, I worked in the Deal Advisory- Valuations team, where I provided financial and business valuation services to clients across various sectors and geographies. I successfully delivered valuation reports for mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, tax planning, and litigation support purposes, using various valuation methodologies and techniques. I have a strong academic background in finance and accounting, having completed all levels of the CFA Program and I am also a qualified Chartered Accountant. I also have a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mumbai University.
