   Established in 2015, the ACS Workforce Institute (ACS WI) is a partnership between NYC\'s Administration for Children\'s Services and the City University of New York (School of Professional Studies\' Office of Innovative Learning Solutions (ILS) and the Hunter College Silberman School of Social Work). The Workforce Institute provides ongoing professional skills development for direct service staff and supervisors at ACS and its many partner agencies across the child welfare and juvenile justice sectors. It is foundational and continuous learning using simulation, coaching and other best practices in adult learning to develop strengths-based skills to protect and support the children, youth and families of New York City. My role is to- Serve as a thought partner on the leadership team, working with program director to develop cross-functional frameworks to build efficacy through data analysis, evaluation, team building and onboarding- Produce video storytelling content embedded into curriculum on child welfare and juvenile justice- Strategize and implement marketing portfolio and multichannel communications, building consensus with a variety of stakeholders, employees across a distributed and matrixed organization, and city leadership- Introduced project management efficiencies, reducing workstream turnaround time by 24 hours- Manage a team of seven, workstream hiring and budget, for all marketing, graphic design and communications projects, website management, special events and lunch ‘n learn workshops.
