National Team Lead for the Mentorship Programme in the North West @In2medschool
Responsibility to direct & oversee the In2MedSchool mentorship programme across the North West of England, spanning 5 medical schools including: Manchester, Liverpool, Edge Hill, Lancaster, and Keele. My primary focus is on ensuring our service reaches all possible widening participation applicants in the area to provide them with the application support that they deserve, and ensure our service is of the highest quality. I also sit on the national subcomittee, and act as a gateway for my regional heads to this committee via our monthly meetings. Currently working I\'m on a project to improve communication with schools & drive mentee recruitment into the programme.
