Responsible for the creative direction, graphic design, and layout of marketing deliverables for Broker clients in a timely and accurate manner. Marketing deliverables include pricing analysis, offering memorandums, location maps, team brochures, emails, website landing pages, conference pieces, investment summaries, executive summaries, etc, • Provide quality control for all marketing deliverables (proofreading, style guide, production management, etc.) • Develop and maintain good relationships with current and new Broker clients. Ensure production services consistently meet client and company needs while delivering quality service. • Monitor marketing campaign distribution through email schedules, tracking current listings for promotional needs while coordinating with sales teams, analysts, and marketing. • Track and create web analytics and metric reports on lead generation such as downloads, opens, clicks, and web traffic. • Serve as a member of the Property Marketing Team, which includes providing backup coverage for members, participating in team meetings, time tracking based on the project and sales team, communicating regularly with the team and Property Marketing Manager, and sharing work across offices as needed. • Assist with additional projects and take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team as our company grows.
