About Sara Werlinich

With nearly 20 years of experience in brand strategy, communications, and operations, I am passionate about creating positive impact through purpose driven brands. As the Head of Communications + Operations at Plant Agricultural Systems, I enable the global transition to more sustainable methods of food production, distribution, and consumption. I also co-founded Innermission, which creates customized group experiences focusing on human connection, digital disconnection and bringing wellness to company cultures. In my current role at Plant Agricultural Systems, I lead the development and execution of the company\'s internal and external communications strategy. I also manage the relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and community partners while overseeing the operations of multiple multi-million dollar development projects.In my previous role as the Director of Brand Strategy at Victoria\'s Secret Pink, I was responsible for the strategy and execution of seasonal brand campaigns across all marketing platforms. I leveraged my skills in experiential marketing, brand partnerships, PR and influencer marketing to drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
