ABOUT SARA VETULLI
Sara Vetulli is Legal Counsel in Sonnedix, a global Renewable Energy Producer leader in the energy sector. Joined in 2021, as Junior Legal Counsel in the Transactional Legal Team, Sara gives her assistance to Development and M&A teams in their ambitious growth plans starting from the due diligence phase until the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of agreements (such as land, development, joint venture, share purchase and power purchase agreements). With the aim to give full assistance to the business, starting from 2024, her practise has been increased to technical contracts (such as EPC, O&M and revamping agreements). Before joining Sonnedix, Sara Vetulli\'s practice was focused on a wide range of M&A transactions in the energy, infrastructure and life science sectors, as well as real on estate and commercial lease transactions.
