About Sara Vande Kamp

With a Doctorate in Education and extensive administrative experience, I lead workforce development, noncredit, and certificate programs, bridging education and industry to create impactful learning opportunities. In my current role as Director of Workforce Development / Continuing Education, and previously as Program Director and Perkins Consortium Director, I have overseen program operations, strategic growth, staff supervision, course development, and compliance, while collaborating across departments to align initiatives with workforce and community needs. My experience as an assistant and adjunct professor further strengthens my expertise in curriculum design, program assessment, faculty development, and student success strategies.
