   Work cross-functionally across teams to ensure a consistent client experience from pre-sale through to implementation and ongoing support. Plan, schedule, and manage project timeline and activities from project kick-off through portfolio go live to ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and satisfies desired implementation outcomes. Facilitate recurring project management meetings to ensure the client is meeting project milestones and their expectations are being met. Create bespoke implementation plans based on client goals, including tailored data collection and workflows. Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand their business needs in order to establish workflows for their internal process to use in conjunction with the system and enable features in the platform accordingly. Train clients on the VTS platform and cater sessions to be specific for each persona involved. Stand up integrations between the VTS platform and the client’s accounting system by establishing a connection between systems and performed data validation steps to ensure data being fed into the production environment is accurate. Work through troubleshooting any issues that arose throughout onboarding and implementation. Facilitate cross-training sessions ensuring alignment and deep understanding of client success strategies and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement initiatives aimed at improving client success processes and enhancing overall client satisfaction. Develop and update documentation to reflect process improvements and best practices, ensuring consistency and accessibility across departments. Partner with key stakeholders to streamline workflows and integrate feedback into continuous process optimization efforts.
