ABOUT SARA TROMBA
As a Clinical and Simulation Instructor at HealthTrust Workforce Solutions for over six years, I have been dedicated to teaching and mentoring new nurses and enhancing their clinical skills and competencies. I design and deliver simulation scenarios that simulate real-life situations and challenges, as well as provide bedside education on procedures and protocols. I also foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment for my students, who come from diverse backgrounds and cultures.Currently, I am pursuing a Doctorate of Nursing at Johns Hopkins University, with a focus on improving health outcomes and quality of care for diverse populations.
