A380 Retrofit Wing Metallic Ribs Generic Repairs Project (Three Phase Project)• Performing static stress analysis to justify Generic Repair Instructions on various Metallic Ribs.• Working on static stress tool and Mathcad, classic static stress Airbus methods and Checkstress.• Producing and delivering comprehensive Static Justification Reports (SJR’s) on Pre, Post and A380e mods.• Working alongside F & DT and Design teams.Airbus In Service Queries Repairs Department.• Responsible for performing static stress on Daily and Long term Repairs covering full airbus fleet including single aisle, long range, wide body and A380 aircrafts. • Dealing with classic, major and minor repairs• Responsible for producing SAS/ Repair Static justifications Reports.• Maintaining structural integrity.• Meeting the operator’s deadlines and working under pressure.A380 Retrofit Wing Rib 45 Project• Performed static stress analysis to justify the Generic Repair Instructions issued on Rib 45 on top and bottom castellation’s in order to rectify the common damaged castellation’s. • Collaborated with the design team. • Performed comprehensive stress analysis using Mathcad, Microsoft Excel and Airbus stress tools (ISAMI) and methods.• Produced comprehensive Static Report and SJR.A380 Retrofit Wing Ribs SB Embodiment Project • Performed static stress analysis on Hybrid and Metallic ribs.• Produce SAS and Concession analysis documents in the timely manner in order to meet the customer’s operational requirements efficiently.• Using Checkstress and production drawings and also, concession documents. • Performing Concession Analysis using existing Concession documents for SB criteria. • Evaluate incoming damage reports, Analysing and Justifying Statically the final SB Embodiment Repairs.• Responsible for maintaining Structural Integrity of the SB’s Embodiment using Airbus Methods and Tools.
