We provide guidance on scope of practice, delegation, contract law, employment law, fee-splitting, professional liability and licensure, compliance, HIPAA, OSHA, Stark, anti-kickback laws, product liability, and local, state, and federal regulatory matters. We also help our clients trademark, copyright, and patent their intellectual property. We negotiate terms between Management Services Organizations (MSO’s) and medical spa entities, through agreements such as Management Service Agreements (MSA’s), Business Associate Agreements (BAA’s), and collaborative agreements. We have helped clients form more than 500 entities in the medical spa space, including standard corporations, limited liability companies, MSOs, and more specialized entities such as professional limited liability companies and professional corporations.
