ABOUT SARA SENKIW
Completed GE Power\'s two-year Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP) after graduating from RIT. It was a great opportunity to experience a sourcing, technical, and operations lead job for 8 months each around the country. After completing program, I moved to Greenville SC to work for GE on the ERP deployment team. Since that role, I was the Materials Leader for the Combustion & Repair Cell, Operations Leader for the Buckets Cell, Cell Leader for Rotor Assembly & Repair, and currently the Materials Manager for Rotors & Turbine Assembly.
