In my current role I provide support in the process of developing and maintaining training programs. Oversees training processes by monitoring training methods and giving feedback on training areas that need to be improved. The Senior Learning Design Professional uses instructional design, cognitive psychology and adult learning theory to determine the appropriate solution to a knowledge or performance gap. I work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
