With over 20 years in hospitality, event planning, and incentive travel, I’ve had the privilege of creating everything from intimate leadership retreats to large-scale incentive programs. My degree in Commercial Recreation gave me the foundation, but it’s the years of hands-on experience (and plenty of lessons learned along the way) that shaped how I design meaningful travel experiences today.A fun fact about me? I’m an unapologetic high-fiver. It might sound small, but it reflects how I see this work: it’s about celebrating wins, building connection, and infusing energy into every experience. That same spirit guides the programs I create — thoughtful, uplifting, and designed to bring people together.I started The Marble Road because I believe travel has the power to transform. It’s not just about booking hotels or managing logistics (though I do love a spreadsheet).
