I\'m a UX Designer who creates consistent, outstanding designs and human-centered concepts which include strategy, research, conception, prototyping, testing and implementation of products. I study user behaviour and understand user motivations with the goal of designing an exceptional user experience. My experience working in retail and sales focused on the customers’ requirements in order to create a meaningful experience, by providing them with good customer service and meeting their needs in a timely and efficient manner. I learned how and when to communicate with different types of personalities and analyzed the customer journey from initial contact to point of sale, identifying the best customer touchpoints to increase sales. It felt natural when I transitioned into user experience design. Incorporating both my marketing knowledge and creativity. I want to deliver beautiful interfaces and pleasurable user experience. I’m a self-starter who is a master of multitasking. My entrepreneurial experience shows I can succeed even with minimal direction.
