ABOUT SARA RICCI

One thing about me is that I love to learn. Ever since I was young I have always had a hunger for gaining knowledge and teaching myself new and interesting things. As I got older, I realized that this is my greatest strength: quickly learning anything that I could set my mind to. Coming to the Fashion Institute of Technology and centering this strength around a field that is ever-growing and developing never ceases to excite me.I am a recent graduate with my Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications. Through this program, I have been able to explore many different fields such as event planning, data analysis, social media, market research, and so much more! I am also personally working towards getting certified in coding programs such as Python and SQL to enhance my data analysis skills. All of these experiences have provided me with the necessary skills to take on my future career. Some of these skills include communication, active listening, problem-solving, critical thinking, organization, leadership, research, multitasking, time management, and writing skills.Aside from soft skills, I have also gained many technical skills throughout my educational career such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Google Suite, Google Analytics, Microsoft Suite, and Canva.After graduating, I hope to be able to take these skills and translate them into my work and become a valuable asset to any company!
