ABOUT SARA REAGAN
I’m passionate about advancing structural heart therapies and improving outcomes for patients with valvular heart disease. Currently, I support the Journey Trial team at Edwards Lifesciences, focused on expanding transcatheter treatment options for patients with aortic regurgitation.My career has been rooted in TAVR, where I’ve worked closely with interventional cardiologists and heart teams as a Structural Heart Coordinator, Field Clinical Specialist and Territory Manager. Through this experience, I’ve supported complex procedures, built strong physician partnerships, and helped bring innovative technologies to patients in need.What drives me most is closing the gap between diagnosis and treatment—ensuring patients with conditions like aortic stenosis and regurgitation are identified earlier and treated before symptoms progress. I’m especially passionate about education initiatives that empower providers and improve referral pathways.I’m excited to continue growing in clinical education and clinical affairs, contributing to research, innovation, and the evolution of minimally invasive heart therapies.
