ABOUT SARA PURVIS
As country head for Agilité in Germany, I lead our strategic and operational growth across the region — drawing on over 25 years’ experience in project development, real estate, and construction delivery across Europe. I’m based in Berlin and specialise in commercial office, hospitality and retail projects, with a strong focus on client-side programme management, stakeholder coordination, and end-to-end project delivery.I’m a chartered surveyor (MRICS) and project manager (MAPM) with a background in urban planning and regeneration. My experience spans a broad portfolio of schemes — from workplace and hospitality to residential, healthcare, and neighbourhood development — across Germany, the Netherlands, Czech Republic, and the UK. I’m passionate about delivering projects that are well-considered, commercially sound, and locally responsive — and I enjoy working in fast-moving, multicultural environments where collaboration and clarity are key.
