ABOUT SARA PITCHER

With a wide exposure of various business functions, my passion lies in collaborating with and helping others. Business-wide, I am known as a hugely organised, creative and strategic thinker developing fresh, innovative and energising ways to transfer knowledge to peers and the business as a whole in one-on-one and group settings. I apply my curiosity and initiative to gain a keen understanding of both the organisation and strengths and weaknesses of employees through training needs analysis. Additionally, I am well versed in supporting major transformation processes, onboarding, employee welfare and engagement, and process improvements. I have demonstrated competency with building effective relationships with employees and senior management, offering interpretation and advice towards complex policies and procedures. As a very positive person, I can inspire and motivate others, making the best use of refined communication skills.My keen attention to detail, along with strong organisational skill and stakeholder management, has led me recently to start looking at a career move into project management.
