I focus on the management, planning, and design of institutional projects, including renovation and reuse of existing higher education buildings and large-scale federal housing and workplace studies. My passion for mentoring has shaped my role as a team leader both in the studio but also in the community through the ACE Mentor Program, where I have worked with Philadelphia high school students interested in the building industry. This interest in identifying talent and encouraging professional growth has also shaped my role in leading the recruiting process for MGA.
