ABOUT SARA PETERSEN

After sixteen years in retail management I have learned how to handle not only a national health crisis but how to look for talent, train new associates for many different positions, cross functionally train, organize and execute special events, drive sales and focus on customer satisfaction. Retail is a fast paced environment that I thrive in and it’s a great place to meet everyone from all walks of life. I have worked in different volume stores spanning from southern Maryland to northern Pennsylvania for Clark’s and David’s Bridal, achieving high marks in customer service and well liked among staff and fellow management. At these companies, and now at Pandora, I have fostered high event turn outs, executed visual changes, worked cross departmentally, completed inventory tasks in stores and warehouses, and worked closely with teams in the United Kingdom and Canada to create Store Operation Manuals, event schedules, and assisted with inventory control and needs.
