Driven by a passion for technology and business, I began a ServiceNow developer career with a 9-week training program, laying a solid foundation in the ServiceNow platform. I quickly progressed to a Junior ServiceNow Developer at PwC, for one year and seven months specialising in IT Service Management (ITSM). My commitment to professional growth led to earning the CSA certification during my early tenure. This achievement opened doors to advanced areas, including a transition to the HRSD team, in the last 5 months. Here, I further enhanced my skill set by completing HRSD fundamental training, along with ITIL Foundation and Agile fundamentals certifications. A career highlight was my two-month role as a Junior Project Manager within PwC\'s Tech Central department. Collaborating with a Senior Project Manager, I gained invaluable insights into project management, deepening my understanding of project lifecycles and execution strategies beyond my developer role. Beyond my technical responsibilities, I am deeply invested in fostering a supportive community. This is exemplified by my role as a ‘buddy’ for new employees, where I focus on enhancing their new joiner experience. As I continue to grow, my aspiration is to achieve excellence as a ServiceNow developer, with a particular focus on advancing my coding and scripting abilities. My ambition extends to sharing knowledge and inspiring my peers, believing firmly in the power of a supportive, healthy, and encouraging work environment.
