With 25 years of local government experience, including over 10 years as a city manager, Foxberry partners with local governments and nonprofits to connect expertise with action—turning big ideas into real-world impact. With deep experience in affordable housing, resort economies, sophisticated land use policy, and cross-sector collaboration, Foxberry brings the right knowledge to the table and guides the process forward through facilitation, project management, policy development, and strategic support.
