o On a shifts basis, provide first line functional and technical support for Europe, Asia and the Americas for Murex and the interfaces that are linked up and down stream. o Incident management and resolution for reported issues within organization’s SLAs. o Monitoring and implementing change and service requestso Liaising with different teams to perform different functionalities; traders, data managements, middle office, back office, etc. o End of Day, End of Week and End of Month, monitoring, reporting and problem solvingo Resolving systems’ workflow and integration problemso Identifying and resolving any bottlenecks as result of technical or functional issues that could impede daily business processes. o Resolve high level technical issues on Linux.o Carry out daily system sanity checks and o Occasional disaster recovery and failover of all supported in house and vendor systems. o Carrying out monthly releases via CICD for new changes.o Shared on call support with team members for after office hours based on a rota system. o Log cases with vendors and facilitate speedy resolution of critical issues. o Regularly contribute to team knowledge repository (Wiki) with resolution steps, ways of working or useful information. o Work closely with third party auditors to provide them with all necessary information required of our team and processes for them to perform their audit requirements of the year.
