   Lead a team of professionals from program, logistics, engineering and financial disciplines to effectively manage and execute multiple Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases, with a combined case value of approximately $1B, for several countries operating Harpoon, Stand Off Land Attack Missile Expanded Response (SLAM-ER), Joint Standoff Weapon Missile Systems (JSOW), and Launcher Control Systems (LCS), providing feedback and status to the Integrated Product Team Lead• Led a $600M JSOW Production contract in support of both Qatari Emiri Air Force (QEAF) and Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF)• Identify Customer/User requirements, develop and execute Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA), Amendments and Modifications to meet those requirements• Develop and review Statements of Work (SOW) to meet requirements defined in LOA for production, aircraft weapons integration, procurements, training repairs/recertifications, sustainment, and follow-on support• Review Contractor proposals, conduct technical evaluations and support NAVAIR Contracts to reach timely contract award• Provide training to the Integrated Product Team (IPT) on how to perform technical evaluations• Engage with multiple United States Navy (USN) field activities, United States Air Force (USAF), Contractors, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure logistics, engineering, and business financial support is provided and funded appropriately• Develop and manage delivery milestone charts to track program execution• Work with Navy International Program Office (NIPO) to ensure LOAs are continuously updated according to changing requirements• Coordinate and execute Program Management Reviews (PMR) with Foreign Governments to provide quarterly program updates• Brief domestic and foreign Senior Leadership on execution status of FMS cases and current achievements/concerns within programs• Participate in logistics site survey, in Doha Qatar, in support of QEAF physical security requirements
