About Sara Moskowitz

After fifteen years of litigating, arbitrating, and mediating matters in large law firms, for private clients, and on behalf of government agencies, I made the leap to eDiscovery and Legal Project Management in 2019. I provide legal project management and electronic discovery consultancy services to litigation clients and their counsel. I guide clients through all elements of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model™ functions in the course of civil litigation, including supporting motions practice on contested issues involving: scope of discovery, proportionality analysis, formats of production, privilege logs, and negotiated search methodologies. I provide consultancy for negotiation and content of Case Management Orders (ESI Protocol, Protective, Claw-Back, Privilege Logging, etc.) and supervise large scale review projects and design deadline-driven production review workflows using industry leading evidence management platforms (Relativity™, Reveal™, NexLP Analytics™, Brainspace™, etc.). I also manage enterprise level information source surveys and custodial interviews for collections from social media, mobile devices, O365, and proprietary databases, providing clients with peace of mind navigating the complicated world of forensics.
