Automated detection of posting patterns (start/removal dates, restrictions) across hundreds of structures. • Designed interactive Power BI dashboards to visualize bridge posting trends, load restrictions, and regulatory timelines, enabling data-driven reporting to VDOT and improved decision-making around traffic impacts. • Spearheaded lifecycle cost modeling for a multi-bridge analysis effort, building a comprehensive dataset from inspection and condition reports to quantify deterioration trends and simulate long-term investment scenarios. • Modernized the legacy VDOT EREB rebar scheduling system by integrating macro-driven automation and parameter-sensitive calculations, improving efficiency and consistency in length and weight computations.
