   As a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) service manager, I supervise staff who install, repair, and maintain heating and air conditioning systems in large commercial buildings. Key responsibilities include operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to each customer, as well as building and maintaining strong and long-lasting customer relationships. Also, it is essential to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions derived from each customers specific needs and requests. Through out this process it is also critical on our end to communicate clearly and address all and any questions given from the customer. Thus, it is important to continue demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects at one time; while continuing to paying strict attention to all details pertaining to the project.
