When the Partners started PIP, they knew to become a highly regarded, well respected, and effective medical management and staffing company, they needed to attract, hire and retain the very best clinicians and provide a work environment which promotes a positive culture and feels more like a family than a “job.” This is their overarching goal and commitment. Premier Inpatient Partners continues to be a privately held, physician owned and operated independent group of Hospitalists in Collier County, Florida. Our philosophy and pledge are to provide the highest caliber of patient care and exceptional experience for the patients, patients’ family, community clinicians and accountable care organizations.
