People leader currently managing three individuals, and two product categories, pruning and hedge trimming, in the outdoor power equipment business unit-Culture leaders like myself were asked to transfer from WI facility to new Chicago facility to support start-up of new office-Hired and developed a team, to deliver a product set to launch in March 2024, with a projected gross margin of over 3 years-Responsible for identifying gaps in technical knowledge for pruning and hedge trimmers in the Business Unit, and leveraging my team to find solutions, in order to drive improved user experience-Validating the technical feasibility and cost of future products with the goals of saving up to 6 months in new product development timelines for each product-Lead engineering recruiting for IIT focused on reaching diverse engineering groups. 100% of offers were accepted for Fall 2023 recruiting season by students.
